I woke up this morning to hear "umma" followed a few minutes later by "u" "u" "u" (up). Not bad for a child who didn’t even babble 5 weeks ago, huh? He started saying something that sounded like bottle last week, but then he dropped it. That’s the first time I’ve hear him say something close to momma, so I’m not sure if that was the intent or not. However he started saying "u" for up yesterday and has done it dozens of times now, so I’m certain at the very least he’s got that down. GO LITTLE SQUIRT!!
